Original Airdate:  December 28, 197

Recap:  Sue Ellen wakes up to the baby crying, and sees that JR isn't in bed.  Bobby wakes up too and realizes that Pam isn't in bed either.  Bobby gets up and goes to the baby's room and finds Sue Ellen.  He told her it doesn't matter how was before between her and the baby, it's just a good thing that she is with him now.  Bobby go downstairs and find Pam working in the library, she tells him she trying to get some work done. He's not happy with all the hours she's been working and thinks that she's working more because of Sue Ellen is taking more interest in the baby.  She tells me he's wrong.  On his way back upstairs JR makes a comment about their fighting, Bobby tells him to stay out of their business. 

   The next day Kristen tells JR that Jock doesn't trust him anymore.  JR comes up with a plan to get Ewing Oil back in his control again. 

   Ray goes to visit Donna he told me sorry about Sam's death.  He asks her if she is leaving, she tells him that she's going to be moving out and going to find a smaller place for herself. 

   At the store Liz comes in to Pam's office and asks her to go to lunch.  Pam says she's too busy. 

   Jock makes JR go over a contract, JR tells him that he's worried about his Miss Ellie, he says he's worried because she alone so much.  JR he suggested they get Bobby back into the business so they can work side by side. Jock says he will think about it, and will talk to Bobby tonight. 

   Bobby bring Pam flowers, he wants to take her to dinner, but she tells him that she can't go because she still too busy, he gets upset and leaves. 
   Jock talk to Bobby about working at Ewing Oil again, Bobby says he likes working at the ranch and says he won't work with JR.  Jock tell him he needs his help.  Bobby agrees, Jock tell them it won't be forever just till they can get JR back on track 

   Bobby find Ray at the bar.  He tells him he needs to talk to him about something.  Ray take him over to his table where Donna is.  Bobby tell him he's going back to work at Ewing Oil.  After Bobby leave Donna tell Ray that Pam is making a big mistake. 

   JR gets home at the same time is Pam he taunts her and she retaliates by saying that the baby is her brothers.  Pam tells Bobby she sorry she late, and she tells him about what she said to JR about knowing that the baby is Cliff's.  She told Bobby as much she hates it, she won't have a baby, he suggested that maybe they should adopt.  She says that she's afraid that if they adopt that it would make her even more guilty for not having a baby of her own. 
   JR get into bed and he's really drunk. He call Sue Ellen tramp. 

   The next day the sheriff come over to talk about the body that was found on the ranch.  They still have no idea whose body it is, he asks if anyone disappeared around 30 years ago.  They can't remember anything,  he asked them to think about it and let him know if they can think of anyone.

   Ray tells Bobby he thinks he's going to ask Donna to marry him.
   Sue Ellen tells her therapist before JR struck oil in Asia she wanted to help him but now he's back to his old ways. She says that she wants to stop seeing.  The doctor says that she has made progress and she that she would see it if she just let herself.

   Bobby tell Jock  he and Pam may adopt.  Jock tells him just give it time so they can have their own baby, "a real Ewing."
   JR and Kristen are having lunch they are joined by the owner of The Store, Mr Harrison. JR tells him that Pam wants a promotion but she won't say anything herself.  JR suggests they should move Liz down to Houston and that they might get him in on the Southeast Asia deal. 

   Back at home JR find Sue Ellen playing with the baby. 
   When Pam gets home, Buddy tell her that he is tired of waiting for her to come home, that he wants her to spend more time at home.  She says that there is only one answer, because she won't quit her job, divorce.  Bobby says he doesn't care about not having a baby, and that they will take it one day at a time and work things out.  JR is eavesdropping on their conversation. 
   Ray tell Donna he wants to marry her, she says that wants to marry him but it's too soon.  Ray tell her they're going to get married when his house is done. 
   JR tells Harrison but he's got it got one percent of the Southeast Asia deal and asks about Pam's promotion. 
   Liz comes in Pam's office and congratulate Pam on her promotion.  She tells Pam that she's been sent to the store in Houston. Pam denies knowing about this.  Liz tells her that the job that will destroy any marriage even one is perfect is hers.

   Bobby and JR tell Miss Ellie that Bobby is going back to work at Ewing oil.  Bobby hears Pam come home and goes to meet her, she tells him about her promotion, he asked what she told them.  She says that she told she would give them her answer tomorrow. He says to her that they might as well get divorced for the amount of time they will see each other.
Final Thoughts:  I want to know who the body is, they better continue with that storyline, it's interesting, more interesting then Pam's new position and her working.
Best Outfit:  They look like twins.  I wonder if they planned on dressing alike?
